養䧔健胃,滋保養顏,
體虛血弱,滋䧔補腎

材料:
花膠,螺片,党參,元肉,杞子,麥冬
淮山,鹽蒸肇實,百合,果皮,蜜棗

豬尾骨煲湯最甜,HK$40-$50. 記得出水後才放進煲𥚃啊。

做法:
1) 花膠浸水,再以薑䓤出水,洗淨備用
2)把所有材料洗好一次過放入溫水裡一. 起煲滾
2)滾後把出好水的豬尾骨放進去慢火煲3小時便可

甜甜的湯完成,等愛人回來一起飲!!!
