豆腐是我最喜愛的食物之一,它健康高蛋白質又高鈣,不但對我這個鈣質不夠的人很有益,還能降低體內膽固醇。來個簡單15分鐘的豆腐食譜吧。

材料 (2人份)

免治豬肉 hk$10, 有機嫩豆腐一盒,李錦記麻婆豆腐醬

造法

油熱後炒熟免治豬肉,加入豆腐及麻婆豆腐醬,轉慢火煮至汁濃
